As Core X continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant – Service Now ITOMto join our delivery organization and play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Service Now IT Operations Management solutions for our customers.
Position Overview The Senior Technical Consultant – Service Now ITOMwill serve as a senior hands-on technical resource responsible for the successful design, configuration, development, and implementation of Service Now ITOM solutions.
This individual will work directly with customers, Solution Architects, Business Process Consultants, Project Managers, and other technical resources throughout the full implementation lifecycle. The adecuado candidate has strong hands-on experience across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping,



and the broader Service Now platformand is comfortable translating business and technical requirements into scalable Service Now solutions.
This role requires someone who can operate independently, lead technical discussions, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and mentor other consultants while remaining hands-on within the platform.
Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, and implement Service Now ITOM solutions based on customer requirements and Service Now best practices. Lead hands-on delivery across ITOM Visibility, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and related ITOM capabilities. Participate in customer workshops to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
