Job Description Define annual objectives and milestones to ensure successful execution of the hotel program strategy Lead the end-to-end annual RFP process, including defining requirements, developing bid packages, and facilitating bidder conferences Evaluate and negotiate supplier proposals to secure competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms Lead supplier selection activities and provide final recommendations based on strategic, financial, and operational criteria Negotiate and execute supplier contracts to achieve optimal commercial outcomes Develop and implement strategies for chainwide hotel agreements Drive top-quartile compliance with the preferred hotel program Build and maintain relationships with general stakeholders to leverage local market insights and improve program performance Collaborate with hotel partners on strategic initiatives and long-term program development Conduct quarterly business reviews with key suppliers, analyzing performance metrics such as spend, volume, rate quality, availability,
