You will define and execute the technology vision across our core People & Organization, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability ecosystems, orchestrating cutting-edge product platforms, data solutions, and AI capabilities. In this high-visibility role, you will lead critical enterprise-wide milestones—including harmonizing federated systems and leading large-scale integrations like Kellanova—to build a frictionless, modern, and world-class Associate experience. Operating at the strategic intersection of business ambition and technological innovation, you will champion a modern, product-centric operating model across a global, federated enterprise. What are we looking for? Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field. 15+ years of technology leadership experience spearheading enterprise-scale digital and technology organizations within complex, global environments.
