RevInfinity is an AI-native RevOps-as-a-service firm. We specialize in foundational RevOps builds, GTM engineering, and GTM AI deployment for B2B SaaS companies. We're a Salesforce and HubSpot partner, and an Anthropic partner. Our team uses Claude daily in delivery.

The role
You make sure everything we send a client is correct, complete, reviewed, and on time. You own the delivery system across all accounts, set the quality standard, and build the AI-assisted checks that enforce it. You have the authority to hold any deliverable that doesn't meet the standard.
Excellent English communication skills and availability to work US hours.

What you'll do
•⁠ ⁠QA every client deliverable before it goes out: strategy docs, architecture designs, CRM builds, Clay workflows, integrations, decks, and the outputs of the agents and dashboards we deploy
•⁠ ⁠Make sure peer review happens and is documented on each one. No review, no ship
•⁠ ⁠Write and maintain QA checklists, Definitions of Done, and SOPs for each deliverable type




•⁠ ⁠Build Claude projects and prompts that run first-pass checks against those checklists
•⁠ ⁠Create test cases and evals for agents and dashboards, and check them before and after go-live
•⁠ ⁠Run a weekly delivery review across all accounts and flag at-risk work early
•⁠ ⁠Keep ClickUp clean: right owners, right statuses, no stale tasks
•⁠ ⁠Track SLAs and deadlines, and escalate before they're missed
•⁠ ⁠Track quality metrics (rework rate, missed deadlines, client-reported issues) and report them monthly
•⁠ ⁠Step into the CRM yourself to test or reproduce issues

What we're looking for
•⁠ ⁠3 to 6 years in RevOps, CRM administration, implementation, or delivery/project management
•⁠ ⁠Hands-on with HubSpot and/or Salesforce (admin level, certs a plus)
•⁠ ⁠Experience running work against deadlines and SLAs across multiple clients
•⁠ ⁠Real working use of Claude or similar tools (reusable prompts, Claude projects, using AI to review and summarize), wit
