Job Description

The HR Generalist is the local HR owner for AT-PAC Mexico,



delivering hands-on HR and payroll ownership across the employee lifecycle. The role provides first-line support to employees and managers while ensuring accurate, timely and legally compliant HR administration and end-to-end payroll execution.

The role reports directly to the Managing Director Mexico and works in close partnership with the Regional HRBP LAM through a dotted-line reporting relationship.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable working autonomously, solving problems and building trusted relationships across AT-PAC Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Mexico payroll end to end, including incidences, attendance, leave, variable compensation, deductions, benefits, employee changes, terminations, and final settlements. Ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, payroll obligations, and local HR requirements.
