Working closely with growth specialists and creative strategists, you will develop new hooks, messaging angles, and calls to action to help identify winning concepts. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, editing, and production without compromising effectiveness. Accountabilities

Direct response video editing: Produce short-form advertising videos for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, prioritizing engagement and conversion.

Creative production: Edit user-generated content, testimonials, product demonstrations, and founder-led videos into compelling, audience-focused ads.

Creative testing and iteration: Develop multiple variations of hooks, calls to action, messaging angles, and video concepts to support ongoing performance testing.

AI-assisted workflows: Use tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, and Descript to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and content production.

Scriptwriting and ad copy: Write or adapt scripts and advertising copy to communicate product benefits, strengthen messaging, and encourage action.
