About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager with 6+ years of experience in paid advertising to oversee campaign performance, support and mentor our Google Ads team, and manage key client relationships.
We're especially interested in candidates who have managed Google Ads campaigns for law firms, HVAC companies, roofing contractors, or plumbing businesses.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines Google Ads expertise, strategic thinking, team management,



and client communication.

? What You'll Do
Google Ads Strategy & Performance
• Oversee, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, generate qualified leads, and maximize ROI.
• Provide strategic recommendations and hands-on support when needed.

Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and support Google Ads Specialists.
• Assign new client accounts and coordinate team workloads.
• Share platform updates, best practices, and optimization strategies.
• Improve internal workflows, processes, and team efficiency.

Client Management & Collaboration
• Serve as a senior point of contact for Google Ads clients.
• Manage client escalations and participate in performance review calls.
• Communicate campaign
