About the Job:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with marketing experience to develop custom label and packaging artwork and support our marketing initiatives. This role combines technical design skills with an understanding of brand and marketing needs, translating client briefs and creative concepts into production-ready files while supporting content and campaign materials.
The Creative Designer will work closely with the design and prepress teams, sales representatives, and marketing to deliver high-quality, on-brand work and keep projects moving on schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Develop label, bag, box, and adaptable packaging designs from scratch based on project briefs.
• Convert client concepts,



sketches, and AI-generated ideas into vectorized, print-ready artwork.
• Adapt and scale master designs across multiple SKUs and product lines with consistency.
• Prepare artwork files according to production guidelines (white underprint layers, finishes, text margins, layer structure) before prepress handoff.
• Participate in client calls and email correspondence to review briefs, present design proposals, and guide creative direction.
• Advise clients on design constraints, balancing creative requests with print feasibility.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate design approvals using digital signature tools and upload final files for prepress.
• Create marketing and promotional materials, such as social media graphics, email visuals, templates, and trade show materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing material
