About the role
Doctors do not adopt software because a contract was signed.
They adopt it because someone was next to them during their first consultations, answered their questions, fixed the small things and showed them the note was better than what they would have typed. That someone is you. You will spend most of your time in the field, inside hospitals and clinics, making sure doctors learn, trust and love the product. You are the bridge between medical teams, our product and the engineering squads. Core skills:
(i) Empathy and communication with doctors (ii) Adaptability and organization in unstructured environments (iii) Persistence in driving adoption (iv) Energy and ownership. One requirement:
Be patient-centered (and cool).
Languages:
Spanish (native), English (basic technical comprehension).
What you will do
Guide doctors during their first consultations with Telepatia's scribe, on site, specialty by specialty.
Provide hands-on support (technical and emotional) to make the transition to AI-assisted document
