Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Communicates and facilitates processes and procedures related to compensation (e.g., merit increases, PDP ratings, team incentive plan), training & development (e.g., corporate development initiatives, management and employee development), benefits (e.g., open enrollment, integration of new employees into benefit plan), Aff… Communicates program changes to management team and to employees. Assists employees with questions or problems related to benefits plans. Partners with managers and Service Center personnel to resolve problems related to employee benefits, payroll, staffing, disability, workers compensation, awards, immigration processing, etc.



Supports activities regarding legal and regulatory impact of program changes. Generates reports as requested. Gathers information as requested. (e.g., PDP ratings, merit increases). Significant knowledge of legislation impacting the practice of human resources management. Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration proceedings. Knowledge of local HRIS system and report writing. Good public presentation skills. Ability to conduct a thorough, timely and unbiased internal investigation and provide practical recommendations. Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers. Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects.
