:Create Visual aids (SOPs and IWIs) .
:Work plan/BOM,
Red lines/WOAs and Rework routines (DR/DI) .
:Generate TMOs .
:MRR's work plan .
:Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing .
:Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
:Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes.
:Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification).
:Desired assembly processes knowledge.
:Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry.
:English spoken and written (80 advanced).
:Catia V4 and V5.
:Smarteam.
:CAS/Solumina.
:Autocad.
:MS project.
:Power BI and additive manufacturing.
