The Optical Communications segment has evolved to provide industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry, including carrier network and enterprise network products and services.
Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards. Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes.



Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success. Skills Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and workflows. Experience with integrations and data migration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC, App Engine Studio. Experience Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Service Now experience. Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations. Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong ITIL and digital transformation background. Proven track record of delivering complex Service Now projects. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
