or related fieldStrong experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax leadership rolesExperience managing multi-entity operations and Shared Service environmentsStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with multinational organizations and global stakeholdersLed finance operations for five Mexico entities, overseeing AR/AP, General Ledger, payroll, cost accounting, and financial reporting, including all closing cyclesManaged end-to-end tax operations (VAT, ISR, payroll taxes, CFDI), including VAT refunds, audits, and compliance with IMMEX, maquila, and transfer pricing regulationsEnsured risk management and audit readiness by implementing monitoring mechanisms, supporting audits, and enhancing internal control frameworksDrove digital transformation initiatives by optimizing INFOR ERP, improving workflows, and implementing RPA and AI-based finance solutionsAdvanced English communication skills#J-*****-Ljbffr
