With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.What You Will Be Doing:Managing the onboarding of merchants, business accounts, individual accounts, and crypto clients, including KYC/KYB proceduresPreparing, reviewing, and coordinating agreements and onboarding documentationActing as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely progressGaining a deep understanding of clients' business models, including crypto-related use cases, and applying strong product and technical knowledgeBuilding and maintaining professional, long-term relationships to ensure an excellent client experienceManaging the end-to-end merchant and account registration process with internal teams and external contractorsWorking closely with Risk and AML teams to ensure all client profiles meet regulatory and internal compliance standardsProviding first-line approvals as part of the company's first line of defenseConducting due diligence (DD) checks and assessing business, operational,



and compliance risksSupporting or performing technical setup, including terminal and account configuration where applicableIdentifying onboarding inefficiencies and proactively suggesting process improvementsAbout you:University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in onboarding, account management, or customer support, preferably within payments, acquiring, banking, financial services, or crypto-related industriesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and management levelsAbility to work independently with excellent organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinkingAbility to understand complex structures and see the broader business and risk pictureFlexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environmentTechnical knowledge or experience is considered an advantageKnowledge of crypto, blockchain-based products, or virtual asset services is a strong plusEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher is requiredUnlimit is an equal opportunity employer.
