Language: Advanced English (required) What You'll Do ✅ Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions.
✅ Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
✅ Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
✅ Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
✅ Create remediation plans aligned to business and technical priorities.
✅ Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.
