Flex is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) to join our Production Engineering team in Guadalajara, North Campus.
You will lead process-development efforts focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements for a PCBA manufacturing environment.You will develop mechanical assembly processes, evaluate designs for manufacturability, justify and implement capital equipment, and own process control methodologies and ECOs for smooth transfer of new processes.
