Overview Account Manager (Mexico) Location: Mexico City |Remote About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue and attaining quota by selling Hyland's software and services to new customers in a designated territory or industry in Mexico. This role is central to our growth — building meaningful relationships, uncovering opportunities, and positioning Hyland's solutions as the right fit for the right customers.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan designed to meet and exceed established quota targets Research, identify, and prospect target customers, building trusted business relationships from the ground up Educate potential customers on the value of Hyland's solutions by leveraging deep product knowledge and market insight Manage and maintain all customer account activity in Salesforce, including opportunities, commitments, and key conversations Develop and communicate accurate,
real-time sales forecasts while actively managing and growing a healthy pipeline Collaborate with sales solution engineers to support the development and delivery of compelling software demonstrations Technology Tools Salesforce Role Essentials You’ll be set up for success if you have:
Demonstrated experience in technical consultative sales (ECM, ERP, CRM ) ideally in B2 B Saa S spaces, with a proven ability to establish rapport and build lasting trust with customers Strong oral and written communication skills that reflect professionalism, discretion, and tact across all levels of an organization Ability to gain consensus and navigate conversations across multiple departments and leadership levels Highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced at successfully managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight What We'd Like to See Bonus points if you bring:
