Key Responsibilities Operations Management Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling. Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines and customer shipments. Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational requirements. Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage utilization. Inventory Control Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and material shortages. Monitor inventory transactions and compliance with warehouse procedures. Support inventory audits and maintain accurate system records. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leaders. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Promote employee engagement and accountability. Safety and Compliance Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Investigate accidents, near misses,



and safety incidents. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and material handling equipment. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency. Implement Lean, 5 S, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement. Support implementation of new warehouse technologies and best practices. Customer Service Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams. Ensure material availability to prevent production interruptions. Resolve operational issues impacting internal and external customers. Communicate operational status and performance metrics to management.
