This role will oversee the graphics team and provide both people leadership and hands-on support.
The team currently has two full-time designers, with a third joining shortly, and the manager will help them deliver on proposals, interviews, operational requests, and ad hoc projects across the business.
The role also includes managing creative systems and organizing the team's file structure and libraries in a more process-oriented way.
