As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in automotive industry manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse workforce. Bilingual (Spanish/English) with exceptional communication skills at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills,
