EPAM is conducting a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Rapid Assessment aimed at building a well-defined roadmap toward a successful MVP rollout, accomplished through reviewing existing capabilities, pinpointing gaps, and confirming requirements. This engagement centers on standing up a brand-new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced environment for a client in the Med Tech space. Responsibilities Leverage demonstrated skill in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customization, and integration within intricate enterprise settings Guide and coach junior developers, taking charge of development processes while safeguarding code quality Work directly with stakeholders to convert business objectives into technical solutions, handling client communication throughout the engagement Keep a sharp eye on detail to ensure scalable, high-caliber solutions are delivered even amid compressed timelines and shifting scope Exercise sound judgment and independence,



prioritizing and juggling several active tasks without needing close supervision Partner smoothly with a mid-sized, cross-functional team of 6-10 people, while maintaining coordination with outside vendor resources Bring relevant exposure to Med Tech or comparable regulated sectors, with awareness of compliance obligations and data sensitivity needs Requirements Two years or more of direct, applicable experience in an equivalent position Take the lead on designing, building, and rolling out a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform suited to client needs Guide and support a pair of junior developers, making sure best practices are followed and tasks are completed on schedule Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with current enterprise systems to support smooth data flow and campaign execution Keep communication flowing consistently with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage expectations and track progress Perform detailed
