About the Role We're looking for a Partner Manager / B2 B Sales Representative to help grow our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico.
You'll join an international healthcare company connecting patients with trusted healthcare providers worldwide, and you'll play a key role in acquiring new clinic partners, closing B2 B deals, managing accounts, and driving partner revenue.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, negotiating, building relationships, and owning their results.
What You'll Do Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, Linked In, Whats App,



and research Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners Build long-term B2 B relationships and identify growth opportunities Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities Monitor partner performance and improve conversion Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams What We're Looking For 2–4 years of B2 B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets Fluent English Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Comfortable with outbound prospecting Experience managing multiple clients or business partners CRM experience and strong digital skills Self-motivate
