We are looking for a dynamic and experienced "Principal" Senior Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of diverse technology projects. This role will be central to driving a contact center transformation project, among other strategic initiatives at AT&T.; The adecuado candidate will lead a multidisciplinary scrum team, ensuring technical excellence, architectural integrity, and seamless integration with internal and third-party systems such as Salesforce and Service Now. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Contributions Lead the architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of diverse software applications spanning backend, frontend, and cloud platforms Guide the engineering team to adopt best practices in software development, quality assurance, automation,



and security Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategies with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of impactful software Promote Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code to streamline delivery and operations Mentor engineers to develop their skills and grow within a collaborative, agile environment Identify and mitigate technical risks, optimize system performance, and maintain compliance with security standards Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in technical leadership or lead engineer role Proven ability to design and deliver complex software solutions across multiple technology domains and platforms Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kan
