plays a key role in supporting the physical damage claims process by preparing accurate repair estimates and evaluations within established guidelines. This entry-level position focuses on developing estimating expertise while ensuring high-quality documentation, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to efficient claim evaluations. Document estimate details within claims systems to support claim evaluation and approval processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, peers, and senior estimators to clarify estimate requirements and resolve routine questions. Identify discrepancies and support their resolution under the guidance of experienced team members. Maintain accuracy, quality,



and compliance with company procedures while meeting productivity expectations. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Bachelor's degree.
