This role The Credit Line/Card Fraud Operations Lead is responsible for conducting reviews and investigations of Credit Line/Card partners, stores, clerks and customers to analyze fraud patterns, and implementing tactics to mitigate fraud risks, thereby protecting our customers and the company's financial assets.
Responsibilities Monitor and analyze transactions of "Credit Line/Credit Card" for potential fraudulent activity, ensuring compliance with the fraud prevention strategies and procedures.
Investigate and resolve reported fraud cases from "Credit Line/Credit Card", ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Assist in training and educating team members on fraud prevention and detection.
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in "Credit Line/Credit Card" fraud prevention, anti-fraud processes, fraud examination preferably within the financial services industry.
English level required: Candidates must be able to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in professional and technical contexts.
Basic knowledge of SQL – ability to understand and write simple queries (e.g., Completed Technical or partially university studies in related areas such as Business Administration,
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards i
