THE ROLE: The Tech Lead is the single technical owner accountable for the successful delivery of a
Salesforce-centric digital onboarding platform
built for a general credit-bureau client.
Salesforce is the heart of the solution
— it orchestrates the entire B2B registration and onboarding journey: lead capture, identity-validation outcomes, disposition logic, and contract e-signature.



You own the Salesforce build end to end and keep it aligned with the surrounding integration and infrastructure layers.

You take architectural direction and turn it into shipped, production-grade Salesforce metadata —
objects, Record Types, Flows, Apex, LWC, permission model, and managed-package configuration (DocuSign eSignature) . integration microservices and cloud platform
that read from and write to the org: you don't build those daily, but you define the contracts, guard the data model, and make sure a schema or automation change never blindsides them.
Salesforce Platform (Core/CRM) role.
We're looking for a builder who lives in the Salesforce org — declarative and programmatic — and who is senior enough to own the platform-level decisions that everything else depends on.
