business development & special projects coordinator (junior mx)

we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive business development & special projects coordinator (junior) to support our leadership and revenue teams. This role is idóneo for someone looking to build a career in business development, sales, and project coordination while gaining exposure to executive operations and business growth initiatives.

responsibilities

- conduct outbound prospecting through email, linkedin, phone calls, and other channels.
- identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
- schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients.
- maintain and update prospect and client information in the crm.
- follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
- assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client materials.
- support market research and competitor analysis initiatives.
- coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities.




- collaborate with internal teams to support special projects and business initiatives.

requirements

- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, marketing, or a related customer-facing role.

- strong written and verbal english communication skills.
- excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- comfortable conducting outreach activities and communicating with prospects.
- ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- proficiency with microsoft office (outlook, excel, word, teams).
- comfortable using ai tools such as chatgpt, claude, or copilot to improve productivity and communication.

nice to have

- experience with crm platforms.
- exposure to linkedin outreach or lead-generation activities.
- experience in b2b environments.
- interest in technology, staffing, recruiting, or consulting industries.
