The Impact You'll Make

As our Internal Sales Intern, you’ll play a key role in you will help deliver a positive experience for customers and distributors by ensuring they receive timely information and support. Your work will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

You will be part of a collaborative team where you can develop practical experience in customer service, order fulfillment, and technical support. This role offers valuable exposure to real-world business processes and customer interactions. What You’ll Be Doing

- Respond to distributor inquiries regarding delivery timelines, order status, and product availability to support a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate fulfillment information and help ensure timely communication with customers.
- Monitor inventory availability and share relevant updates to support order planning and customer expectations.




- Provide first-level technical support by handling basic customer calls and resolving common product or service questions.
- Escalate complex technical or fulfillment-related issues to the appropriate teams to ensure effective resolution.

What We're Looking For

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Students of Engineering bachelors degree
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Interest in customer service, supply chain, fulfillment, or technical support functions.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
