The Production Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining production plans that align customer demand with manufacturing capacity. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization, ensure efficient material flow, and support on-time production execution while driving continuous improvement in planning accuracy, throughput, and operational performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Guadalupe, NL plant.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree as Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Supply Chain Engineer or related field.
- 3+ years in production planner, production engineer, or related position in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the front-end production plan based on customer demand and capacity.
- Balance production loading across front-end processes to maximize equipment utilization.
- Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and ensure smooth material flow through front-end operations.
- Coordinate with Material Control,



Manufacturing, Engineering, and customer Service to meet production priorities.
- Analyze capacity constraints and recommend recovery or optimization plans.
- Monitor production performance, schedule adherence, and on-time completion of front-end operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cycle time, throughput, and planning accuracy.
