The Logistics Specialist is responsible for improving supply chain efficiency through effective logistics planning, transportation management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business growth, optimize logistics costs, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and products. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Guadalupe, NL plant.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree as Industrial Engineer, International Business, Supply Chain Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

- Review materials requirements for internal customers (Materials Planners / Engineers / Manufacturing).
- Improve transportation, warehousing, and material handling processes.
- Lead logistics cost-reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor and improve logistics KPI's.
- Follow up inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track and code logistics expenses, ensuring proper allocation.
- Support new product launches and capacity expansions.
