Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, the product team, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the intended problem.
You will work across client builds, client maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, shaping scope during scoping and estimation.
