Bluelight is seeking a capable Business Analyst to translate client challenges into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, the product team, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
You’ll work on client builds and maintenance, helping scope and estimate new projects while ensuring what we ship solves real problems. Strong communication and Jira experience are essential.
