Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll bridge clients, product, and engineering—driving discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria to ensure what is shipped solves the intended problem.
You’ll work on client builds, maintenance, and Bluelight internal projects, helping scope and estimate new work while ensuring alignment with compliance and SOC 2 considerations.
