We’re seeking an Onboarding Sales Trainer to own the two-week onboarding and ongoing development of new sales hires for the US market. This hands-on role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to train across Spanish and English.
You will run cohorts, update materials, and partner with Sales Supervisors to ensure smooth handovers while leveraging AI tools to scale training.
