Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers—driving discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria for Jira.
You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight’s internal products, helping scope and estimate new projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory considerations.
