Ready to help guests attend the most amazing destination wedding ever!? OurTravel Coordination team helps thousands of wedding guests each year plan their travel, accommodations, and logistics to ensure a smooth trip.

What will you do?

You’ll be the one helping wedding guests find their perfect flight, picturesque room,adventurous tours, and helping them plan their perfect getaway.You’ll be there right from the beginning, providing a servicethat ensures they have a memorable wedding, or grouptrip.

Here’s what your day-to-day would looklike:

- You’re thefrontline to many of our clients, the one they come to whenthey need room reservations, help, or suggestions.
- Answer client'squestions about itineraries, rates, and reservations fortheir travel arrangements in a polite, professional,timely, and friendly manner.




- Provide travel & activity recommendations based onyour experiences and expertise of the region.
- Retain clients through follow-up emails,impeccable attention to detail, and providing unmatchedcustomer service.
- Take charge, resolve conflict, and satisfy yourcustomers.
- Use ourcomputer reservations system to book and/or reserveaccommodations, transportations, and excursions.

Requirements

- Have a deep understanding of Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and the Mayan Riviera region

- Are eligible to work in Mexico

- Have experience with Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Are tech-savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails

- Are detail-oriented and have a knack for staying organized
- Have an ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to speak, write, and read fluent English and at least conversational Spanish
- 1-2 years in Customer Service and/or Sales role
- Experience selling travel (eg. Travel Agent) a huge plus
