Optima Organizational Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to support a Matamoros, Tamaulipas manufacturing facility that produces bolts, screws and anchors via steel wire cold forming. The role leads the engineering team to develop and industrialize new products, improve manufacturing processes, and implement tooling solutions.
You will partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and integral engineering teams to drive safety, quality, productivity and cost reductions,
