Northern BI is seeking a Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist to onboard and support clients in Canada. You will deliver training, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
You will guide clients through software features, configure reports in Excel, and ensure a positive and seamless experience. You will train internal staff, handle software and hardware refresher sessions, and escalate complex problems to Geotab and vendors when needed.
