Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As Applied AI Engineer, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role.
You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them. We are a remote team collaborating asynchronously from Latin America and South Africa to deliver scalable automation.
