Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and proactive Strategic Communications Jr. to join our team and bring JFKs communication strategies to life. In this role, you will work closely with the MarCom Coordinator and Marketing Specialist to identify relevant stories across campus and transform institutional priorities into clear, engaging content across digital, print, and internal channels. We are looking for an enthusiastic, juniorlevel communications professional who is fully bilingual and comfortable moving seamlessly between strategy and handson executionincluding writing, photography, basic graphic design, shortform video, and community engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English written and spoken.
13 years of experience in communications, marketing, branding, content creation, or related fields.
Experience or strong familiarity with photography, basic graphic design, social media content, and shortform video reels.
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.

with the ability to adapt copy consistently in both English and Spanish to reflect JFKs brand standards.
