Objective: To test and optimize the Polish voice agent's performance, including:
• The bot's performance (script, voice quality and speed, conversation logic, and overall operation)
• The call quality (e.g. sudden call drops, background noise, and similar issues)
Compensation: USD 20/hour, paid monthly through Upwork (before tax and service fee on upwork)
Working Hours: Adaptable — expected around 3–4 hours per day for testing. Occasional video calls may be needed to clarify issues; we'll notify you in advance and try to accommodate your time zone.
Duration: Depends on the project's progress; we'll reach out whenever testing is needed.
• Remarks: We'll provide a "To-Do list" as a guideline for each round of testing.
