Ark Freight is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to develop new business and build long-term relationships with shippers in the U.S. freight market.
The adecuado candidate has previous experience in freight brokerage, transportation sales, or logistics, preferably working with U.S. customers and understanding domestic freight operations. This person will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating new business, negotiating competitive rates, and developing profitable shipping accounts.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, comfortable with outbound sales, and motivated to grow their income through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and contact potential shipping customers throughout the United States through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.




• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and other businesses that require transportation services.
• Identify new freight opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
• Understand customer shipping needs, including lanes, shipment volume, equipment requirements, and pricing expectations.
• Obtain lane information and coordinate with the appropriate team to provide competitive freight quotes.
• Negotiate rates and help secure profitable business for Ark Freight.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to build long-term partnerships.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate records of customer communications and opportunities.
