Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Playa del Carmen, ROO, with a balance of on-site support and work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing communications, and organizing logistics related to home, pet, and personal environment care.



The Assistant will help oversee property-related tasks, track appointments and travel details, and ensure that instructions are accurately followed and documented. Additional duties may include basic administrative support, light research, vendor coordination, and maintaining confidential records. The role requires a calm presence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support a discreet, trust-based service environment.
