Supplier Onboarding & Compliance Specialist

This is a role within CG's Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Support the supplier onboarding process by collecting documentation, entering system data, and tracking stakeholder approvals following established procedures, to help ensure new and transitioning suppliers are integrated and compliant with company policies., and (ii) Monitor supplier compliance activity against regulatory, contractual, and internal policy checklists; flag potential gaps or risks to senior team members or leadership for review. Requires 1+ years of relevant work experience in supplier management, procurement operations, or supply chain compliance, experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools or a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain.

• Monitor supplier compliance activity against regulatory, contractual, and internal policy checklists; flag potential gaps or risks to senior team members or leadership for review.
• Assist in the execution of Transportation Agreements by coordinating information exchange between Suppliers, transportation teams, and Legal under senior staff guidance, to help ensure agreements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain Data Privacy documentation and other required compliance records for assigned supplier categories, following defined update and renewal processes in partnership with contract management and legal stakeholders.
• Compile data and support preparation of risk-related reporting for supplier onboarding and periodic compliance reviews, to support Category Sourcing teams' decision-making.
