Process payments accurately, maintain organized cash records, and coordinate with the service team to ensure customers receive correct bills and courteous attention.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

● Review customer bills and confirm orders with servers before collecting payment.

● Process cash and card payments and provide accurate change.

● Operate the point-of-sale system and issue receipts.

● Check the opening cash float and reconcile the drawer at the end of the shift.

● Document and report payment discrepancies promptly.

● Follow authorization procedures for refunds, discounts, and cancellations.

● Keep the cashier station organized and protect customer payment information.

● Coordinate with servers and management during busy service periods.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

● Basic arithmetic and the ability to calculate change accurately.

● Customer service and communication skills.

● Honesty, organization, reliability, and attention to detail.





● Basic digital skills and willingness to learn Comal’s point-of-sale system.

● Availability for the working schedule specified below.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

● At least six months of cashier or customer service experience in a restaurant, café, or retail business.

● Previous experience with point-of-sale systems, card terminals, and cash reconciliation.

● Completed upper-secondary education or equivalent practical experience.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Cash-handling accuracy, customer service, teamwork, organization, and responsible handling of discrepancies.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

● Gross monthly salary: MX$10,500

● Working days and hours: 8:00 am to 1:30 pm Monday through Friday, Sundays 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

● Benefits: Statutory benefits under Mexican labor law, including IMSS enrollment, paid annual leave, vacation premium, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), and applicable

INFONAVIT and retirement contributions.

Sueldo: $10,500.00 al mes
