Project Manager

Position Summary
Sunstrong International México is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate new product development and manufacturing projects from project initiation through mass production. The adecuado candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and customer requirements.
The successful candidate must possess strong project management capabilities, manufacturing experience, excellent customer communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced EMS environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead multiple customer projects from project kickoff through mass production.
· Manage the complete product lifecycle, including planning, development, prototype, validation, pilot builds, and production launch.
· Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables,



and action plans.
· Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
· Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations.
· Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
· Manage project timelines, priorities, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Facilitate regular project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Prepare project status reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations.
· Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change management activities.
· Drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving methodologies.
· Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company procedures, and quality standards.
· Promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
