Role Description The Medical Records and Liens Assistant is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the firm’s personal injury cases through accurate and timely management of medical documentation and lien information. Day-to-day tasks include requesting, organizing, and tracking medical records and bills from healthcare providers,



verifying medical terminology and treatment details, and ensuring records are complete for case preparation. The assistant will communicate with medical offices, insurance companies, and lien holders by phone and email to obtain status updates, resolve discrepancies, and confirm balances. Additional responsibilities include data entry into case management systems, maintaining up-to-date health information files, preparing summaries or logs for attorneys, and responding to internal team requests related to medical records and liens. This role requires consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and professional communication to support efficient case handling and strong client outcomes.
