Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US & Canada
Remote | Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET)
At PALM ERA, a 360° omnichannel agency working with technology companies across multiple continents, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to open conversations with B2B companies in the United States and Canada and turn them into qualified meetings for our sales team.
Your main goal is clear: book meetings with Director and VP-level decision-makers that convert into real sales opportunities.
What you'll do
• Research target accounts and identify the right decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise companies.
• Run multichannel outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn to start conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria (need, authority, and timing) and book meetings for the sales team.
• Handle objections and follow up consistently until a clear next step is reached.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, including activities, contacts, stages, and meeting outcomes.
• Report weekly on activity, meetings booked, and conversion to opportunity.
• Work with the marketing team to refine messaging, and follow up on inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, and events.
What we're looking for
• 2+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR role selling technology (SaaS, software, or IT services) to B2B companies. Call center or customer support experience on its own does not meet this requirement.
• Proven track record of booking qualified meetings with Director/VP-level decision-makers in the US and/or Canada.
• Hands-on experience with prospecting and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Amplemarket, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Native or near-native English (C1+), both spoken and written. You can cold call and write to senior executives confidently. Professional Spanish is required as well.
