Job Summary

The Sr. Business Analytics & Insights role builds and orchestrates LATAM's analytics and data ecosystem—focused on Mexico and Brazil—developing tools that enable data-driven decision-making. It leads the design, evolution, and governance of models and dashboards that deliver end-to-end visibility across sell-in, sell-out, market share, consumption, and forecasting; proactively surfaces short- and long-term risks and opportunities; and turns evidence into clear,



actionable recommendations for commercial and planning teams.

The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, data storytelling and executive communication, stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration, rigor in data governance and quality, structured problem solving and prioritization, project leadership and change adoption, agility and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Generate decision-grade insights and deliver executive storytelling that turns findings on demand, sales growth, discount health, and profitability into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end projects that improve processes and automate workflows, applying agile practices and driving adoption through training and change management.
• Drive comprehensive commercial analytics across sell-in/sell-out, SOM/market share, pricing and discount post-mortems; build RECO discount simulators and develop consumptio
