We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Financial Analyst Operations Administrative Assistant to provide remote support. This position is responsible for supporting the development of new KPIs that will define the success of the Window Cleaning division. Ensure new metrics are validated against development assumptions across sales, operations, and commissions reporting:

Sales Performance Revamp

- Own the Bookings classification project by applying new business defined framework to existing salesforce data, quantifying variances versus old logic and producing restated 2026 results and 2027 projections
- Partner with Salesforce development to define reporting requirements, validate classification logic, and ensure data quality in the transition between reporting logics

Commissions Overhaul:
- Own the overhaul of the commissions process, partnering with Salesforce Development to ensure accurate commissions logic based on new definitions and quantifying variances between prior and new plans
- Manage future updates of commissions rates, and any adjustments to logic as required by the business

Operational KPI Reporting
- Monitor and report on newly defined operational KPIs including Inventory, Push Rate, Realization Rates, and Sales Aging metrics

Account Management:
- Build and maintain the Site Assignment History framework that tracks Account Management revenue attainment and enables prorated bonus calculations

Reporting Improvements:
- Assist with building the Window Cleaning division revenue forecast model, using monthly sales results and capture rates to project future performance
- Work closely with PowerBI and Salesforce teams to create KPIs and develop dashboards supporting all above-mentioned development and analysis
